Frequently asked questions
Do you travel for clients?
I can and absolutely will travel to you. Costs for the flight and miles will be included in your total costs along with 1 night of accommodations to a maximum of $300. Don't worry, I am absolutely comfortable flying economy.
Can you send the original [RAW/unedited] photos?
No, I do not send originals or RAW images. Those images are not the product I want to put out there. Original photos are not included in our creative contract so I won't be sending you original or RAW material that I have not approved to advertise as my work.
Can you photoshop me?
I will not take major adjustments to your photo. I cannot change your size or make you look thinner or remove that double chin. All of those concerns will be addressed and the beginning of your shoot as I shoot true to image.
With that being said, small adjustments like scars or bruises and little things that can be "buffed out", upon request, I will be happy to soften them out for you.
What is your turn around time to receive my photos?
For a typical photoshoot, the turn around time is 1-2 weeks. If the photoshoot is longer than an hour it can range from 2-4 weeks. For longer events will take longer.
I will take in consideration of expedited requests and may have additional fees.
You can request a "sneak peak" and I can quickly pick and edit a photos for your viewing with in a week. Please understand that this is my side job and I have a primary job and responsibilities so there are times where I will able to and times where my schedule won't allow it.
